Bring Your Collection to Life Through Augmented Reality (AR)
After buying an NFT, you can bring it to life wherever you are by using the Virtua metaverse mobile app’s augmented reality (AR) viewer. The viewer uses your phone’s camera to place your NFT wherever you like – right here in the physical world! You can also save your NFTs to your phone, and show them off to your friends.
Buy vCredit Bundles
Buy vCredits (Virtua’s in-app currency, available in a range of bundles) to purchase your favourite NFTs. Unspent vCredits will remain as a vCredit balance on your account, so you can save them for future purchases.

Where can I get the Virtua metaverse mobile app?
The app is called “Virtua Metaverse”, and can be found on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
What can vCredits be used for?
vCredits are the in-app currency that you can use to purchase our NFTs. All of our NFTs are priced in vCredits; in order to buy an NFT, you must first have the correct amount of vCredits in your wallet.
How can I buy vCredits?
vCredits are purchased directly through the app. The vCredits icon on the bottom right-hand side of the navigation bar will take you to the vCredits Store. In the vCredits Store, you’ll find a range of vCredit bundles and their associated prices. Simply select the bundle you require, and continue with the payment.
It is also possible to top-up your vCredits balance when purchasing an NFT. If your balance is too low, you’ll be prompted to top-up your vCredits before you can continue with your purchase. It is only possible to purchase one of a predetermined range of bundles, not a specific quantity of vCredits.
Which currencies can I use to buy vCredits?
vCredits are priced at $1 each. However, purchases are made in the currency linked to your phone’s app store account. The relevant app store will process the currency conversion based on that currency, and its exchange rate against the US dollar.
Which payment methods can I use to buy vCredits?
Payments can be made on the credit card linked to your phone’s app store account.
What if I need to top up my vCredits balance?

How can I keep up to date with new drops?
The app’s News section will keep you posted about all current and upcoming drops. Make sure you check back regularly to stay updated.
How can I use the app’s AR feature?
Our AR functionality enables you to see your NFTs as they would appear in the real world. You can also take a video or picture of your NFT as it appears through our AR viewer, or use one of our face filters for a fun way to interact with your purchases.
When you’ve logged into your Virtua account, you can access the AR section within the app on the bottom navigation bar. You’ll need to give the app permission to use your camera; the relevant setting can be found in the Settings section on your device. When you’ve activated the AR viewer, simply aim the camera at a non-shiny surface and tap the screen to load the NFT you want to see.
Can I share pictures and videos of my NFTs on social media?
You can use our app to take pictures and video clips, and share them on social media. You can also save pictures and video clips to your phone’s photo archive, and upload them wherever you like.
Can I access my Fancave, Art Gallery, or Virtua Dome through the app?
These features are not currently supported by the app.
Can I sell my NFTs on the secondary market using the app?
In its present form, the Virtua metaverse mobile app is focused on NFT drops and purchases. However, you can trade NFTs purchased through the app on Virtua’s secondary market, which can be found on our website. You can use the same login details on our website to access your NFTs and trade them.
Can I participate in NFT auctions through the app?
In its present form, the Virtua metaverse mobile app is focused on NFT drops and purchases. However, you can create an auction for your NFTs through our website. You can use the same login details on our website to access your NFTs and auction them.
Can I buy NFT art using the app?
This feature is not yet supported by the app.
How does the VPLAY feature work?
Select your comic book NFT and click ‘View Comic’. The comic will load, and you can read through your latest favourite adventure!
What is an Ethereum address?
An Ethereum address is a unique and publicly visible string of letters and numbers that points to an Ethereum-compatible wallet. Wallets enable users to manage their accounts on the Ethereum network.
Where can I find my Ethereum address on the Virtua metaverse mobile app?
To view your Ethereum address, click on your profile icon on the top right of the app’s home screen and select ‘Edit Profile’.
How do I link my Ethereum address to MetaMask? Can I link it through the app?
Unfortunately this functionality is not currently supported.
