In the depths of Baker Street in 1895, Dr Watson is on his normal route to see Sherlock Holmes after an explosion rocks the East End. That blast was not an accident, and it’s only the beginning of our heroes’ troubles.
When Sherlock later comes to the aid of a wealthy man who fears he will soon be murdered, and the two are left alone in the same room, people gathered on the floor below hear a single shot ring out. A confused Sherlock is found standing over the man’s body, holding a smoking gun, in a locked room. Not a position anyone would want to be in – and solving this mystery will prove far from elementary for Watson, who must assemble the pieces of the puzzle with Sherlock stuck behind bars.
As the mystery unravels, Watson must face some difficult questions. Is Sherlock innocent? Or will this be the end of his days as a free man?
